Depending on the scope of the project and the specific conditions, we will design an individual concept together with you. Sunny Homes takes care of the acquisition, planning, construction and sale of all projects.

Our goal is to provide diverse investment opportunities to meet the unique needs of our investors. We currently offer the following forms of participation:

1. As a shareholder in the company founded specifically for the respective project, you can participate and benefit from the profit after deduction of local corporation tax, which is currently 25%, according to your share of capital.
   
   
2. Mezzanine capital allows investors to participate with a fixed annual interest rate, which may be secured by registration in the land register. This investment will be repaid in full at the end of the term, including the guaranteed interest.
   
   
3. In addition, we now also offer the opportunity to participate via profit-participating loans. This instrument allows investors to participate directly in the economic success of the project without becoming shareholders. The repayment and interest on this loan are profit-dependent, which creates a closer link to the success of the project. The terms and conditions for participatory loans are agreed individually in order to ensure flexibility and attractiveness for investors.

For external interim financing, we cooperate with various banks and partners who complement our financing solutions.
