The villa is offered for sale as sole ownership or in the form of co-ownership. Co-ownership offers co-ownership and allows the regular use of a high-quality holiday home with the advantage that all costs are shared among the users and the villa is not vacant for a long period of time.

For an exemplary use of 42 days a year, the total purchase price is a one-time fee of EUR 310,390.00 plus additional costs for electricity, water, etc. for the time of use.
Co-ownership is a stress-free and significantly cheaper solution without compromise compared to sole ownership. You not only acquire a right of use, but also a share in the house and thus also benefit from any increase in value.
The villa is fully furnished and has a modern fitted kitchen including kitchen appliances and crockery. The photos show the current state before the planned and already calculated upgrading of the exterior and interior. Quality linen, towels, TV and PC monitor are also provided. Alternatively, you can bring your own bed linen and towels. After your departure, the house will be cleaned by a housekeeper and your personal belongings as well as your wardrobe will be kept until your next arrival if you wish. In order not to be dependent on a rental car, the purchase and joint use of a new car is planned.
The acquisition costs are made up of the purchase price of the property, the ancillary purchase costs (real estate transfer tax, notary, land registry costs) and the transaction costs (structural, legal and tax examination of the property and the membership structure). The modernization and upgrading of the property, including high-quality furniture, is also included.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
This charming finca is located near Santanyi and impresses with its quiet, rural surroundings as well as a spacious relaxation area with a Mediterranean garden. The property extends over a 13,288 m² plot with an impressive pool area and offers a lot of privacy on approx. 310 m² of living space in the idyllic landscape in the southeast of Mallorca, only about 40 minutes from Palma Airport.

This light-filled area is perfect for socializing. Next to the kitchen there is a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as access to the spacious garage.
